  • 1999 – Radoslava graduated from the Law Faculty of the Comenius University in Bratislava (Mgr., 1999)
  • since 1.1.2003 – Radoslava is registered in the list of certified advocates maintained by the Slovak Bar Association (registration number 1787)
  • 2015 – Radoslava has founded and currently manages the law firm RYBANOVÁ & PARTNERS, s.r.o. with office in Banská Bystrica.
  • 1999-2015 – worked in renowned law firm based in Bratislava, since 2003 as an associate attorney and since 2008 as a partner and shareholder.

Experience:

During her practice Radoslava focuses mainly on legal assistance to entrepreneurs and business companies in commercial and corporate transactions, corporate agenda commercial contracts and dispute resolution, labour and employment matters. Radoslava also provides services to individuals in the contractual matters and litigations.

Radoslava was a part of the legal teams in a number of significant transactions and privatizations, serving either directly to the clients or as part of a team of Slovak consultants for international law firms (Arnold & Porter, Chadbourne & Parke, Clifford Chance, Debevoise & Plimpton, Gide Loyrette Nouel, Hogan Lovells, Jones Day, Latham & Watkins, Mayer Brown, Shearman & Stearling, Skadden Arps, Slaughter and May etc.)

Radoslava has participated, for example, on the following legal matters:

  • Advising the second largest brewing group in the acquisition of the brewery in Slovakia – she had led the team carrying out legal due diligence and has been part of creation of complete transaction documentation and providing the advice on the subsequent merger of the Slovak companies of the client.
  • Advising the world’s second largest retail chain with respect to the construction, operation and divestment of the network of the hypermarkets in Slovakia.
  • Advising a leading US supplier of parts for the automotive industry (Tier 1) in the establishment and operation of manufacturing companies in Slovakia, construction and lease of the factory buildings and business premises, advice on divestment of the part of the Slovak business to another international automotive manufacturer.
  • Advice on labour law and employment matters including drafting of a comprehensive set of documents for the company operating a hypermarkets having over 700 employees, including advice on relations with the trade union, advice on labour disputes, representation of the employer in the labour disputes in front of the court.
  • Advice on labour law and employment matters for a manufacturer of automobile parts with more than 1000 employees in Slovakia, drafting the labour law templates and documents, preparation of the internal rules, localization of the group-wide guidelines and programs for the Slovak legal environment, representing the client in labour disputes in front of the court.
  • Advice to other major employers in the various areas of ​​industry and services with respect to the impending and actual labour disputes, with respect to the collective bargaining, collective redundancies, transfers of employees, agency workers and relations with the  trade unions.
  • Advice for the global truck manufacturers in the acquisition of real estate, land and buildings and construction of a network of servicing centres in Slovakia.
  • Advice to several Scandinavian companies on the acquisition of Slovak companies in the field of industrial paints and road markings.
  • Advice on the establishment of the Slovak branch of a major French auditing firm, English based insurance company, French company providing consumer credits etc.
  • Advice for the French company providing consumer credits with respect to establishment and running of the Slovak operation, including drafting the complete documentation for the legal relations with its clients, and meeting of all registration and regulatory obligations.
  • Advice on dozens of transactions with an international element, usually relating to the acquisition of Slovak company (individual or a part of the pan-European or global groups) by the international clients.
  • Legal advice for highway consortium successful in the first Slovak PPP highway project.
  • Advice and representing the clients with respect to the notification of concentrations before the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic and in other competition related proceedings.
  • Advice to major pharmaceutical group in the ordinary course of its Slovak business, regulatory matters, employment and other contractual relations.
  • Radoslava also focuses on legal advice in the field of personal data protection, she the author of several publications in this area.
